The app collects nothing. It has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it makes no network requests of its own. Your bedtime, your plans, your dinners and how the nights went are saved on your phone and never leave it.
If you turn on nudges, the reminders are scheduled by your phone itself. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
If you unlock nudges, Apple handles the payment. We receive no card details, name or email from Apple, only that the unlock was bought, so the app can turn it on for your devices.
The website sets no cookies. It counts anonymous actions, like "a night was planned", without names, accounts or anything that identifies you, so we can tell whether it helps. Your plans are saved in your own browser.
Some pages link to Amazon or Etsy. If you follow one and buy, we may earn a commission or a sale; their own privacy policies apply on their sites.
Nightlight is for parents. It doesn't ask for or keep personal information from anyone, including children.
